Welcome to your Leadership Design™

You are an Analyst!

You can read your full Leadership Design description below.

For analysts, their core need is to be right.

Analysts are MASTERS at details and a checklist. They enjoy planning and knowing as much as possible about what they do and any investment they’re going to make. They gather information and have all the questions, which can lead to inaction when they don’t get all the answers they seek. They respond well to structures and a process, and can come up with a solution for most situations.

They are calculated in every decision they make and words they write because they like to observe and take in environments before jumping in. This reality can make them seem standoffish or even cold in social situations, even if they're actually really engaged. They’re usually the one out of their friend group that does all the planning and makes the itinerary, but can be stubborn once they come to a decision because of all the data that has been gathered to drive it. It’s important for them to feel safe in their knowledge, knowing that the path is clear and makes logical sense.

Similarly, they are often committed to their EXACT business goals and can have a harder time being flexible with them when shifts present themselves, or can forget their needs when the pressure hits. They sweat the small stuff and, because of that, have a knack for breaking things up into digestible pieces for people (like educational content!).

A few mellow marketing tips for Analysts:

1. You can benefit from a detailed, step-by-step marketing game plan + process overview laid out with exactly how things will happen, when, and why.

2. Messy action is generally not for you, but that means you’re excellent at hyper-focusing on the process and planning is your jam.

3. Batching content can be very supportive for you to be able to plan ahead and know what to expect.
